Superpower Cost (2026): Price, What's Included & Is It Worth It

The base price

A Superpower membership is $199 per year in most US states. New York and New Jersey members pay $399. Superpower's own site says only that pricing "may vary" there, but that's the figure consistently reported. The membership is HSA/FSA eligible; you can request an itemized receipt from Superpower for reimbursement.

The price includes the annual 100+ biomarker panel with the draw at any of 3,000+ Quest locations, the results app with per-marker ranges, the Superpower Score and biological-age estimate, and access to Superpower's care team. If you'd rather not visit a lab, a mobile phlebotomist can come to you for an extra $119.

With the code

The ambassador code superpower20 takes a flat $20 off at checkout: $199 becomes $179, and the NY/NJ price becomes $379. It's not a percentage, and no legitimate code is worth more, since Superpower issues ambassador codes centrally at the same value. Renewal pricing is between you and Superpower; the code applies where the checkout accepts it.

How the price compares to buying tests yourself

You can order individual blood tests directly from consumer lab menus without a membership. For a handful of markers, that's often the cheaper route. But pricing out a panel anywhere near 100+ markers à la carte adds up quickly (individual specialty tests commonly run $30 to $90 each), and you'd still be interpreting raw PDFs yourself. The membership's real economics: a large panel at a flat price, plus software that makes the numbers readable and comparable year over year.

So is it worth $179?

My honest answer, as a paying member: it depends on whether you'll actually use the results. If you want a comprehensive annual baseline and an app that turns it into something you can act on and track, then yes.
